First thing we have to know, is what is an arm? Yes we all know what an arm is, but do your really know what it consist of? Your arm is not just your biceps as those one dimensional guys in the gym like to believe.

1. Over head shoulder press
This is a fluid motion based exercise that targets your shoulders but does so much for your biceps, triceps back and core. We love multi functional exercises because they help to make us strong and they help us with the areas that need the most work as well.
You can do these with a barbell or dumbells, the important thing is to push the bar or dumbells straight up over your head instead of a Military press which is slightly angled.
