For once I would like to be able to wave at someone and not have my whole arm make waves through the air a well. Then there is that armpit fat thing, whats that about? 1. Over head shoulder press

You can do these with a barbell or dumbells, the important thing is to push the bar or dumbells straight up over your head instead of a Military press which is slightly angled.

2. Triceps extensions and dips

Your triceps are located at the back of the arm, and they are often the culprits for the extra wave motion. To get rid of them, you can try tricep extensions and dips. Tricep extensions can be done on a bench on the ground as pictured or standing.

Whichever is most comfortable for you the exercise targets the triceps and is very good for getting rid of that fatty area.

4. Jump rope

Finally, jump rope is amazing for your entire body, but the action of spinning the rope is particularly great for getting your arms toned. It is a great way to end any work out or warm up before an intense one.
