Her motivation : When I started my fitness journey I stared it as an outlet to beat my depression. I was weak mentally and a weak mind is a weak body. I doubted myself; Didn’t believe I had the strength of an elephant until I gave myself the chance to find it within myself.
I removed the fear we all have inside of us that stops us from achieving our full potential. Fear of failure is the strongest weapon that can keep us encarcerated.
When I gave myself a chance, I found out that I was strong enough to pull myself up to surface. I learned things about myself that I didn’t know I had in me. I learned that I was indeed a powerful woman inside and out.
My physical strength is just a metonymy of the inner strength I developed when I gave myself that chance. I WANT YOU TO GIVE YOURSELF A CHANCE TO BELIVE IN YOURSELF BECAUSE JUST LIKE ME YOU WILL FIND OUT THAT YOU ARE STRONGER THAN YOU THINK. DONT LET THE WORLD ENCARCERATE YOU IN FEAR.
I LOVE YOU , NOW GO FIND IT”

Her message: “I think about all of the times that I COULD HAVE given up because I was broke, I was tired, no one wanted to workout with me, I didn’t have a ride, the gym was closed or because I was busy. no excuse was ever worth it to me. Always show up for yourself ”

Her message: “Last November will mark two years of my yoga practice. Through this journey I’ve learned not to feed into society’s idea of what beauty is or what body type is “right”…or even how I should practice yoga.
Because my practice is just that, MINE! And I want to share this with the world one class, one breath, and one asana at a time. We all start from somewhere! Like anything in life, yoga takes time and patience.”
