I saw these pictures on another website, and got totally inspired to try Yoga again. I find Yoga to be a bit boring, and by boring I mean hard.

The thing is, you have to treat yoga as an art from, something you practice with every intention to perfect. Once you get a few poses down you will be doing it all the time, studying it and making it a part of your everyday life. I liked the curvy girls yoga post in particular because it goes to show that you can be flexible at any size.

As a matter of fact there are a few skinny minnies out there that have no flexibility whatsoever. Our body is made to be pushed and it can adjust to whatever limits you put on it despite your size. The point is yoga is more than a physical activity it is about control, breathing and owning your space.

I really liked one comment from someone who just like I did had an appreciation for this post as well, she said

The point [of yoga] is to strengthen your physical presence so that you can live your life to the fullest. In yoga, that means treating yourself and others according to the yamas and niyamas, meditating, breathing, and more. Ladies, regardless, rock on with your bad selves. Much love.

Her form is impeccable, and this isn’t easy for someone new to the practice of Yoga, but once you get the hang of it, you will totally love the move and appreciate the stretch.

Balance, form, flexibility is amazing and she seems totally at ease doing the pose with no issues.
