Women who consume low-fat dairy products have 85 per cent higher risk of ovulatory infertility.

3. Rice cakes, donuts, french fries, white rice, bagel and cornflakes causes infertility because they are high in sugar.

 

4. Caffeine Intake

High caffeine intake causes infertility so if you are trying to conceive cut caffeine and stay hydrated.

 

5. Alcohol 

If you are consuming at least one alcoholic beverage per day, you have almost 50 per cent higher risk of ovulatory infertility.

 

6. Smoking

7. Triclosan soaps and deodorants

This is not a food or beverage but just as important. Make sure the soaps and deodorants you purchase do not have those ingredients. According to studies the “antibacterial and antifungal ingredient called triclosan has been linked to infertility and other hormonal conditions in its users.”

 

8. Soy Products

Soy products are high in protein and healthy for your body but they can cause abnormal bleeding in the uterus, endometriosis and polyps according to some studies.

If you are trying to have a baby, cut down on these stuff. Stay healthy, start gaining vitamins and minerals by consuming whole grains, fruits, vegetables, lean meats and beans as well as omega-3 rich foods such as salmon and tuna.
