George Zimmerman, is always in trouble and as we all remember very well this so called night watchman was acquitted of the 2012 shooting death of Trayvon Martin because he had a bag of skittles and wore a hooded sweat shirt.

Since then Zimmerman has stayed pretty close to jail but has not managed to be put in it even with numerous charges of assault and traffic violations.

This time he is back in the news due to aggravated assault with a weapon in Lake Mary Florida on Friday night. His court date is on February 17th and his bond is set at $5000.00.

The weapon was a wine bottle and his girlfriend was the victim since he aimed it at her head. According to NBC news:

Zimmerman’s attorney, Don West, said the woman is his girlfriend, and the incident involved him allegedly tossing a wine bottle at her earlier this week at his Lake Mary home. West said he did not want to “speculate” about the situation that led to the alleged assault, adding that Zimmerman “has not been lucky with the ladies.”

The 31-year-old was detained at 10 p.m in Lake Mary, near Orlando, his booking record shows. At a Saturday morning court appearance, Zimmerman was granted a $5,000 bond, which he posted. He was released from jail a short time after noon and was ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim or travel to Volusia County, where she lives.

He is required to surrender all weapons which right now is a bit too late since Trayvon is no longer around. People have been asking what is wrong with Zimmerman, but the real question is what is wrong with our Justice System.

Why do they not recognize a misfit when they see one? How can a man commit murder, assault people, and violate the law and still walk free?

There are so many people in jail who went in for at least 23 years for one violation, some as simple as having a bag a weed on them, and while that is also breaking the law, how is it fair?

Comment below let us know what you think about this latest case, will he finally go to jail or will they release him again to kill another person?
