June Rivas had the best clap back ever when her boss made a point to change the office dress code to ensure that she did not wear ‘cultural head wraps to work.
Her boss released a memo claiming – “no straps, hats, sandals, cleavage, back out, lace, and cultural head wraps,” . Rivas took her case to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, but she definitly complied with the dress code while her case is being looked at.
