1. Join the gym

Don’t worry, all the gyms of the world are just waiting for you to show up today desperate and willing to spend everything you have on a membership.

If you haven’t done your research on gym memberships before the start of the new year, do not just run in there without proper knowledge of what the fees entail.

The better thing to do is wait, do the research and if you want to become more active, start with your front door and your sidewalk. Once you have researched what fits with your life then you can jump on the membership train.

2. Going on a diet

Bleh, don’t do that! Change your life, add more wholesome options to your plate without the words ‘I am going on a diet’. Go shopping like you would normally do and instead of juice buy water, instead of processed food, stay a bit longer in the produce isle.

Go to a farmers market, not only is it fun and inspiring, you will be helping your local farmers as well, which always feels great and not so stressful
