Hair Mask for Healthy Hair

Summer is here and even the sun and the sea can damage your hair. There are countless things out there on the market for maintaining hair health but you can use a few tips to revive your damaged hair or keep its healthy state with some natural and home-made solutions. 1. Honey, Banana and Coconut Oil

2 Bananas
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 tablespoon honey

Get the ripest bananas you can find and blend them like you are making a smoothie. Add honey and coconut oil and blend again. Spread it on your hair evenly and let it rest at least fifteen minutes. Rinse your hair thoroughly with warm water.

2. Olive Oil, Egg, Milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup milk 

This recipe will not only repair your damaged, dry and unhealthy hair but also help it grow faster. Beat the egg and add the olive oil and milk, whisk them. Spread it from roots to tips and let it rest at least half an hour. Don’t forget to cover your hair with a shower cap.

If you have a long hair, you can use more eggs, olive oil and milk.

3. Honey and Milk

1 cup milk
1 teaspoon honey

This is the simplest recipe on this list and it works miracles. Just mix honey with milk and massage your hair with it.

4. Argan, Almond and Banana

1 teaspoon argan oil
1 teaspoon almond oil
1 banana

Argan oil is a miraculous juice from Morocco. Mix it up with almond oil and blend a banana. Mix the mashed banana and oils and mask it on your hair for half an hour. Rinse it thoroughly.

5. Strawberry, Egg, Honey and Olive Oil

1 cup strawberry
1 egg
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon olive oil

This hair mask will stabilize your scalp oil and nourish your hair. Mash the strawberries but leave them in small chunks. Beat the egg, mix the honey and oil and whisk them all. Work it on your hair, leave it for half an hour before you give your hair a wash.
