Get rest, as soon as you start staying up late or sleeping less, you will start to affect your energy levels and eating habits. Do not compromise on your rest, sleep, sleep, sleep.

7. Know your stress triggers and have a plan


Stress can cause a person to lose all control sometimes. We cant always avoid stress but we sure can manage it. If running relieves stress, then get out there and run till you feel better. If a sauna does it, then go to the sauna, and sweat it all out.
