Drink lots of alkaline water
Staying hydrated is key when you’re trying to lose weight, but there’s nothing like natural alkaline water. You can find bottles of these at most local stores, but can be purchased on Amazon if anything.
Make sure the bottles say that the water source is natural, such as from a particular river. Also, if it says electrolytes added, then put it back on the shelf and find another.
Alkaline water, just like alkaline food, will raise your pH level and will help to cleanse your body. It removes toxins from your blood, as well as your organs.
The more you drink alkaline water that is high in pH, the more you will use the bathroom. It’s normal to have bowel movements 2-3 times daily when you eat and drink alkaline substances. A lot of people have found that drinking alkaline water alone helps them to lose lots of weight.
Add fat burning foods and herbs to your diet
There are certain foods and herbs that you can add to your meals and smoothies that can further help you to lose weight quicker.
Avocados is one that is known to attack belly fat. It’s also great for workouts, since it can help with energy. You can add avocados to your veggie smoothies or to a salad or other meal.
I like to blend it into a paste and add it to my veggie pita wraps. Olive oil, avocado oil and flax meal can also be used in your food to help you to shed excess weight.
As for herbs, I find that green papaya powder, cinnamon and cambogia to be great options for your smoothies. The fruit powders should only be added to fruit smoothies, so that it won’t cause fermentation.
Seaweed smoothies are great because they help to eliminate unhealthy fat from your body. For further detoxing, you can include spirulina as well.
